Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads. They will also be expected to stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to ensure that our client or company's digital presence remains competitive.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, search engine marketing, and display advertising.
2. Work with the content team to create engaging content for digital marketing campaigns.
3. Analyze campaign data to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.
4. Manage and grow our company's social media presence across multiple platforms.
5. Collaborate with other teams to ensure that marketing efforts align with business objectives.
6. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies and share knowledge with the team.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2. At least 1 years of experience in digital marketing.
3. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and best practices, including email marketing, social media, search engine marketing, and display advertising.
4. Proficiency in using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager, and other social media ads manager.
5. Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze data to optimize campaigns.
6. Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
7. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
8. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
